A lean, web-based MVP for charting weightlifting goals and logging Zone 2 cardio — designed for adults pursuing the longevity-focused training principles popularized by Peter Attia and similar voices in the field.
Most fitness apps are built for aesthetics or competition. This one is built around two specific, evidence-informed goals: hitting a consistent weekly training frequency, and progressively increasing strength over time — paired with the often-overlooked discipline of regular Zone 2 cardio. We're starting small (just two users — my wife and me), validating the core loop, and growing from there.
Custom workout rotations (e.g., "Upper A / Lower / Upper B"), built around a simple four-set structure — warm-up plus three working sets — with weight and rep logging that drives a built-in progression model: when reps climb, weight goes up.
Zone 2 training is one of the simplest, highest-leverage longevity habits — and one of the easiest to skip. The app tracks duration, type, and time spent in Zone 2 or above, with weekly targets set during onboarding.
The home screen is built around momentum: a rolling 7-day view of training frequency, a one-tap entry into today's workout, and a quick read on cardio progress for the week.

Rather than forcing a strict order, each workout opens as a tappable list of exercises. Start whichever one is open — when a machine's in use, just move to the next. As each exercise is completed, it automatically drops to the bottom of the list, so what's left always rises to the top.

A single, flexible chart pattern — choose your time range and your granularity — used consistently across the dashboard and individual exercises. Daily bars make rest days, vacations, and comeback stretches visible at a glance.
